Company Policies

Payment: Personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank, Postal Money Orders and International Money Orders in U.S. funds as methods of payment. All personal checks must clear the bank before merchandise is shipped. Should a check be returned for insufficient funds there will be a $25.00 fee. We do not ship C.O.D. orders. Please do not send cash. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Craig Acheson.


Returns/Refunds: The return of any of our products must be within 14 business days. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment and a replacement is requested, the damaged merchandise and the original packaging must be returned. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise a replacement will be shipped. If a refund is requested there will be a 10% restocking charge.

Painted products: Due to demand, attention to detail and quality there may be a 4 to 6 week delivery time. Products may also vary slightly in color and shading.
